This single location anti-scald system is installed under the counter/sink at your desired location, including:
- Supply and installation of appropriate size thermostatic mixing valve for your specific locaiton service
- Supply of all ancillary piping, fittings and consumables for proper installation of the mixing valve
- Training of client in system usage and adjustment as desired
NOTE: the anti-scald system supplied here, is for the specified unique location only, which means that your family is only protected at this location. If you desire anti-scalding protection for your whole home without reducing the hot water temperature for your dishwasher and laundry, please invest in multiple units for each desired location.
Excluded from scope of supply:
- remote adjustment of actuation setting for temperature setting revision (manual only)
- opening up, closing and refinishing walls, covers, etc – the above is for open space access
