A friendly walkthrough of the air, water, comfort and safety systems in your home by our own technicians, so you know how they are performing today. No sales pitch.
We check the condition of, and give recommendations for:
- Heating and cooling equipment
- Humidifier and air filtration
- Ventilation systems
- Airflow: hot and cold rooms, and where air is being wasted
- Energy efficiency
- Air quality: allergens and other particles in your air
- Water heater
- Water quality
- Safety: anti-scald valves, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms
- Utility shut-offs located and tagged
- A long-term (90-day) radon test with professional lab results
