We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If the system we install doesn’t heat or cool your home to your expectations within the first two years, we’ll remove it and refund 100% of your investment.
100% Comfort Guarantee
After thorough heat-loss, heat-gain, and airflow calculations, we guarantee that your system will perform as specified:
Heating: Maintain 21°C during the coldest days (-34°C outside).
Cooling: Maintain 23°C during hot days (35°C outside).
If the system does not meet these guarantees after analysis, we will replace it free of charge.
Peace of Mind Guarantee
Our expert installation team is dedicated to quality. While working in your home, they will ensure your property is protected from damage, maintain a clean workspace, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. They are drug-screened, background-checked, and courteous. If they fail to meet these standards, you’ll receive a four-year Healthy Home Comfort Club membership (valued over $900) at no cost.
$500 No Frustration Guarantee
If your system breaks down within the first two years, leaving you without heat or cool air, we’ll diagnose the issue within 8 hours or pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
No Lemon Guarantee
If your high-quality air conditioner’s compressor fails within 5 years, we replace the entire exterior unit at no charge. If your furnace’s heat exchanger fails within 10 years, we install a brand-new furnace, not just a part.
$500 Installation Date Guarantee
If your system isn’t operational within two days of the scheduled installation date, we’ll compensate you with $500.
No Surprise Pricing Guarantee
We provide fixed, transparent prices. The proposal you receive is the final price—no hidden fees. Any additional work must be approved in writing beforehand, ensuring no surprise costs.
Utility Savings Guarantee
For upgrades to high-efficiency systems, we guarantee your utility bills will decrease as projected. If savings aren’t realized in the first year, we will refund double the amount you were expected to save (applicable on Deluxe or higher furnace and heat pump systems).
