Description
An initial HVAC system assessment outside regular business hours, including up to 30 minutes of travel and up to 30 minutes of on-site diagnostic time.
After hours means outside Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Holidays are billed at the holiday rate.
Parts and any repair work found during the visit are quoted in writing and approved by you before anything is done.
If you go ahead with a major equipment installation within 24 hours of the diagnosis, this diagnostic fee is credited back to you.
