A seasonal walk-through of the systems that keep your home safe and comfortable: heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and the water and gas connections that feed them. A technician checks each one, tells you what they found, and leaves you a written record.
The standalone visit is $249. If we are already at your home for another service, the check-up can be added to that visit for $169 — ask your technician when they arrive.
Anything the check-up turns up is quoted in writing before any work starts. Nothing is repaired on the spot without your approval.
